Epique Massage Spa goes with ManagerComplete for online management of multiple massage locations.
Epique Massage has locations in Texas and Colorado. Given the geographical expanse, Epique required a centralized management tool that could keep all locations on the same page. Leveraging Customer Service, Maintenance and Repairs, and Shifts modules, remote locations were able to easily report issues to the Corporate team. In turn, using the Bulletins, Notifications, Library, the Corporate team was able to keep the remote locations updated simultaneously.
