A few times a week, a Manager or DM goes through and inspects each location using our Inspection module. Our inspection module grades each location based on specific criteria for cleanliness, organization, product stocked, appearance, etc. The Inspection results are available for all to authorized users to see so there is a level of social competition that keeps staff members aiming for top scores and top spots on the leader board.
Many of our clients outfit their managers and DM’s with ipads so that they can get out of the back office and out on the floor. As managers walk-through a location they can perform the inspections right from their ipads. Any critical issues they find are automatically turned into repair issues or tasks along with any alert text messages or emails.
Front Counter staff as well as Managers use ManagerComplete to record any repair issues they find outside of the normal inspection schedule. For example, a treadmill breaks down, a sink is leaking, signage lighting is out, etc. So this helps bring visibility to repair issues that need attention.
